Provost met HM The King

The Queen meant so much to so many people and to participate in this tribute to her exceptional life of service was a privilege."

Provost Renwick then had the honour of meeting HM The King Charles III at the reception that followed in the Scottish Parliament. She passed on her personal condolences and those of East Dunbartonshire's communities and took the opportunity to invite him to visit the area.

Service of reflection

And finally, on Sunday 18 September, at the invitation of His Majesty's Deputy Lord Lieutenant Mark Billington, the Provost attended a service of reflection in Lenzie organised by the 1st Lenzie Boys Brigade Company.
