Provost Gillian Renwick, on behalf of the people of East Dunbartonshire, wished Agnes Jenkins a very happy 105th birthday! Agnes’s secret to a long and happy life is a wee tipple from time to time and having a very good husband for 53 years. Provost Renwick and Deputy Lieutenant, Mrs Isabel Ewing, joined Agnes in celebrating her momentous milestone birthday.
