Section

1.         The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the Civic Government Appeals Board meeting scheduled for 13th September 2021.   

2.         The Chief Solicitor & Monitoring Officer has advised that there are currently no applications at a stage where they are ready for presentation to the Board for determination.  Following consultation with the Convener of the Civic Government Appeals Board, a decision has been taken to cancel the meeting scheduled for 13th September 2021. 

3.        A cancellation notice will be issued and the meeting will be removed from Members’ diaries.

4.         The next scheduled meeting of the Civic Government Appeals Board is 25th October 2021 and it is expected that this meeting will take place.
