The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the monthly performance and progress reports covering the period April- July 2022 for all service areas. You can view the monthly reports below:
The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plan for 2022-25, approved by Council on 31 March 2022. (CE/01/22). Additionally the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans.
Regular service level performance reports will be distributed to Members on a monthly basis while further comprehensive reporting on mid-year performance against Business Improvement Plans will be reported to the relevant strategic committees for formal scrutiny in November 2022.
