Technical Notes 2022, Issue 161 - Health and Safety Interventions 2022-23 by Environmental Health

- With reference to Report PNCA/085/22/CL considered by the Place, Neighbourhood and Corporate Asset ( PNCA) Committee on 29 September 2022, and in particular, Agenda Item 11, Environmental Health, Health and Safety Service Plan for the year 2022-23.
As requested at Committee, the purpose of this technical note is to provide Members with an update on further detail of the Health and Safety Interventions that Environmental Health intend to deliver in Year 2022-23. This is now shown below.
- Inspection interventions are led by HSE Guidance published annually which targets health, safety and welfare themes based on intelligence gathered via local authority feedback, formal notices served and through RIDDOR reports. Projects are selected to reflect local business profiles.
- Details of the numbers and records of reactive work will be available within future years’ Service Plan, as requested.
