      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

    Section

    1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the meeting of the Planning Board Scheduled to take place on 1st November 2022.   

    2. At the time of writing this Technical Note, there are no applications ready for determination at the meeting on 1st November.  The Applications which were scheduled for this meeting are the subject of ongoing discussions between Planning and the applicants and additional/refined information remains outstanding.

    3. In light of the above, it is proposed to cancel the Planning Board meeting on 1st November.  A cancellation notice will be issued following release of this Technical Note.   

    4. Notwithstanding the above, an updated Delegated Decisions Report and updated Planning Appeals & Other Matters Report will be issued to all Members on 1st November under cover of a Technical Note.  This will ensure that Members have up to date information on these matters notwithstanding the cancellation of the Planning Board itself.
