    Section

    1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the outstanding Local Review Body (LRB) site visits which were previously scheduled for 10am on 15 December 2021.  
       
    2. Members will recall that due to concerns over the increasing transmission of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, the LRB site visits scheduled for 15 December 2022 were postponed.  The decision to postpone was taken in light of Scottish Government guidance in place at that time.   
       
    3. Given the relaxation of restrictions and the need for the site visits to take place before the final LRB of this Council, officers are now looking at suitable dates.  Once identified, a calling notice will be issued to the Members of the LRB.
       
    4. As with the previously scheduled meeting, some protections will be in place so as to meet the requirements of the risk assessment.  This will include Members and Officers making their own way to the sites.
