    Section

    1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to inform Members that the Housing service has submitted the Council’s draft Local Housing Strategy 2023-28 [PNCA/081/22/CM] to the Scottish Government for peer review, as per the Council’s agreement with ALACHO.
       
    2. The Housing Service is advised that the peer review process may take up to three months. Once complete, Housing intend to return to a future PNCA Committee seeking approval to adopt the final LHS 2023-28 and to implement the associated Action Plan.
       
    3.  It is anticipated that, given the timeframe above, implementation could potentially be the end of financial year 22/23.
