This can be a new topic, a refresher session on a topic already covered or a more advanced session on a topic already covered. They can cover aspects of council business/responsibilities such as housing, ,licensing etc or personal skills e.g. negotiating and influencing skills, dealing with difficult situations, time management etc.
7. If there are any subjects or topics you wish to be covered please get in touch with the named officers and they will be added these to the plan for the coming year.
