    1. This Technical Note has been written to inform Elected Members of the closure and removal of the Alloway Grove Play Area. 
    2. The play area has been subjected to repeated vandalism over a number of years and the remaining equipment has extremely limited play value.
    3. Colleagues in Housing Investment are currently developing proposals across the entire site which will include a number of new build proposals, together with a range of appropriate amenities.
    4. The remaining units of play equipment will be removed over the next two weeks and ground reinstatement will also be undertaken to ensure the site is safe.
