    1. The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the monthly performance and progress reports covering the period June 2023 for all service areas (see Appendix 1).

    2. The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plan for 2023-26, approved by Council on 27 April 2023. (CE/09/23).  Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans.

    3. Regular service level performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis while further comprehensive in year reporting performance against Business Improvement Plans will be reported to strategic Committee for formal scrutiny in November 2023.
