Following the issue of Technical Note no. 127-23, which provided Members with information of the Council’s forthcoming External Wall Insulation (EWI) programme, Members should note that all Council tenants and homeowners within the catchment areas in Bearsden have been invited to a public meeting. The meeting will take place within Bearsden Academy on Thursday 24th August with a 7pm start. At the meeting, further information will be provided on the project.
Representatives from the Housing Investment team, MP Group Ltd who are the appointed contractor and Home Energy Scotland will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions which may arise.
Following the meeting MP Group Ltd will form a programme of works which is likely to commence with the Council-owned properties followed by owner occupiers who sign up for the works.
