      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

    Section

    1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to arrangements for a meeting of the Policy & Resources Sub-Committee on 5th September 2023.

    2. There is business which falls to be determined by the Policy & Resources Sub-Committee.  Following consultation with the Convener, a meeting has been scheduled for 5th September 2023 at 3pm.  This will be a fully virtual meeting.

    3. Meeting invites will be issued shortly after this Technical Note.  Members will be aware that invites will only be issued to those who are members of the Policy & Resources Sub-Committee.  It is not possible for those who are not a member of the Sub-Committee to attend or participate.

    4. An agenda for the meeting will be issued in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders.  Again, Members are reminded that these papers will only be available to those who are members of the Committee.
