    1. Today, 24 February 2023, is the one-year anniversary of the illegal Russian invasion of Ukraine.
    2. In line with Scottish Government guidance and protocol, the Council is flying the Ukrainian flag at full mast at our Southbank Marina HQ today, in a demonstration of solidarity with Ukraine.
    3. The flag will remain flying over the weekend, until Monday 27 February.
