      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

    Section

    1. The purpose of this technical note is to advise members that in support of development of proposals for the refurbishment of Bearsden and Milngavie Primary Schools, a series of pre-construction site investigations are planned to be undertaken over the course of the Easter holidays.
       
    2. Surveys will include:
      Bearsden Academy: commencing 3rd April for 2 days, x7 trial pit excavations around the sports pitch to support the development of the design for the Bearsden PS decant school.
      Bearsden Primary School: commencing 5th April for 3 days, x3 boreholes and x2 trial pits to support the development of design proposals for the refurbishment of the school.
      Milngavie Primary School: commencing 10th April for x3 days, x8 boreholes and x3 trial pits to support the development of design proposals for the refurbishment of the school
       
    3. Each site will be fully reinstated to their original condition on completion of the surveys and all works will be cleared prior to the re-opening of each school after the Easter break.
