Section

  1. Members are aware that the Council meeting Diary for June 2024 was cancelled due to the UK General Election, following consultation between the Chief Executive and Political Group leaders.  
  2. There is time sensitive business which necessitates meetings of the Licensing Board and Civic Government Appeals Board. Following consultation with the relevant Conveners, meetings will take place on the following dates –
  • Civic Government Appeals Board – 12th August @ 10am
  • Licensing Board – 14th August @ 10am
  1. Invites for these meetings will be issued shortly. 
  2. As previously advised, a proposed diary of meetings for the remainder of 2024/25 will be presented to the special meeting of Council for approval.
