    Section

    1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to advice Members of scheduled works to the wifi in the Marina HQ building.
    2. Members will recall that the network equipment located in the Marina was recently replaced. This was the first stage in work to upgrade/enhance the wifi provision within the Marina. 
    3. The second phase of this work will upgrade the wireless network at the Marina HQ building and is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Thursday 15 August).
    4. It is anticipated that work will begin around 7.30am, with full wireless service available again from 1pm.
    5. To ensure there is no loss of service, Members working at the Marina will be able to access the network by connecting their laptop via their ethernet cable.  Phones will be unaffected. ICT officers will be in the building should anyone need assistance with connecting via the ethernet cables.
