  • The Democratic Services Team Leader will write to all Community Councils and confirm the amount of their grant funding for 2024/25. This letter will also invite community councils to submit accounts for 2023/24 and a completed Compliance Questionnaire.
  • Upon receipt of satisfactory returns, payment of grants will be authorised.
  • In the event that a community council does not submit Accounts and/or the completed Compliance Questionnaire by 30th September, then the amount of grant funding that would otherwise have been paid shall be transferred to the Grants Advisory Committee for disbursement. This is in line with the position adopted in previous years
