    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members on the transition to a new internet service provider.
  • The Council’s internet provider previously cancelled the change scheduled for Tuesday 19 August due to technical difficulties. 
  • The new transition date has now been confirmed as the 9th September with work carried out between 3pm and 5pm.  Once the transition is underway all internet based services will be unavailable.
  • Officers have been advised of the impact noting that many key systems will continue to be available within Council Offices.
