    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to public awareness of the changes to the Accommodation Strategy

  • Members will recall that at its meeting on 19th June 2025, the Council agreed to vary the Accommodation Strategy, which would see office presence concentrated in the Marina Headquarters building as opposed to Southbank House

  • Due to the nature of the information in the Report and the need to engage with both SFT and employees/ Trades Unions, the proposed changes to the Accommodation Strategy were considered and determined in the absence of the public and press.  Consequently, Officers undertook to confirm when it would be in order for Members to discuss the changes publicly

  • Employees and Trades Unions have been advised of the agreed changes to the Accommodation Strategy, and it is now possible for Members to discuss this publicly.
