    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the Policy & Resources Committee meeting scheduled for 20 November 2025.
  • The Council is currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the system which facilitates hybrid meetings. Work to rectify the fault is ongoing, and an engineer will be on site on Friday.
  • The ongoing work means that it will not be possible for the Policy & Resources Committee scheduled for 20 November to be a hybrid meeting. As a consequence, the meeting will be fully virtual. This will be hosted via Webex as per hybrid meetings and an invite reminder will be issued tomorrow afternoon, in advance of the meeting.
  • The move to a fully virtual meeting will enable livestreaming via the Council’s YouTube channel.
