    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared out with the Council.

  • The Bishopbriggs Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) development project has now completed, and the facility will open for appointments on Monday 1 December 2025
  • The service will operate 4 high level treatment rooms in the heart of Bishopbriggs providing clinical accommodation for the HSCP Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) which will operate an appointment only service Monday to Friday, 8.30am-12.30pm, 1.00pm to 4.30pm
  • The CTAC service is funded by the Primary Care Improvement Fund and delivers a wide range of services including phlebotomy (taking of blood samples), injections, dressings and wound management and suture and staple removal
  • Access to the Community Treatment and Care Service is by referral or signposting from our local GP Practices
  • There is scope for other community health and care services to use the premise, in the evenings and at weekends, to ensure the potential of this asset is maximised. Any proposed additional use would be subject to Integration Joint Board approval.
