The purpose of this Technical Note is to advise Members of recent correspondence from the Chief Executive of West Dunbartonshire Council.

The Council recently received a letter from Peter Hessett, Chief Executive of West Dunbartonshire Council.  The letter advises of a motion recently passed by that Council regarding the misuse of fireworks and the licensing scheme proposed under the Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022.
