    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to provide a status update on the Bearsden Hub project.

  2. Works are progressing well on site and as programmed. The completion date for the project has now been confirmed as October 2025.

  3. On-going updates on the project will continue to be provided via the regular General Fund Capital Programme Monitoring Report submitted via the Policy & Resources Committee.
