  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members regarding the Civic Government Appeals Board (the “Board”) meeting scheduled for 19 January 2026 at 10am.  
  • Members are advised that there is no business for this meeting of the Board to consider.  
  • A cancellation notice will be issued, and the meeting will be removed from Members’ diaries. 
  • The next scheduled meeting of the Board is on 23 March 2026 at 10am which, subject to business, will proceed.
