The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plans for 2025-28. Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans
Regular service level performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis.
