    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  • The is the latest in a series of Technical Notes updating Members on arrangements for the forthcoming Scottish Parliament Elections on 7 May.
  • Members will be aware that the nomination period closed yesterday. The Notice of Poll and Situation of Polling Stations for the Strathkelvin & Bearsden constituency was published on the Council’s website yesterday evening, along with the Notice of Election Agents. 
  • The Regional List is overseen by the Regional Returning Officer in Renfrewshire and has been posted on the Council’s website.  A copy is attached to this Technical Note for Members information.
  • Similarly, the Notice of Poll for the Clydebank & Milngavie constituency has been published and shared one the Council’s website, given that this constituency covers Wards 1 and 2 of the Council area.  A copy can be found on the Scottish Parliament Elections page.
  • Further Technical Notes will be issued in the new year as these arrangements progress.
