Consultation on East Dunbartonshire Licensing Board's Draft Supplementary Policy 2021	On 12 March 2020, the Licensing Board approved a Draft Supplementary Policy to the Statement of Licensing Policy. The purpose of the Draft Supplementary Policy is to provide clarity to premises licence holders of the expectations that the Licensing Board has of premises operating to the 1am terminal hour, including the consideration given by licence holders to staff returning home following the conclusion of their work in the later hours. Proposed Local Development Plan 2	On Thursday 20 August 2020, East Dunbartonshire Council approved the Proposed Local Development Plan 2 for publication and commencement of the representation period. The representation period will begin on Monday 19 October 2020 and end on Friday 15 January 2021. This means that the Proposed Plan is now the Council’s settled view on the land use strategy for East Dunbartonshire and will be a material consideration in the assessment of planning applications.
