Customers can still pay for services and bills online or via our 24-hour Touchtone payment service on 0300 123 4524.

All consultation and engagement activity that is planned for the coming year should be included within the Business Improvement Plans for your service.

The information provided should be as specific as possible to effectively inform the annual consultation and engagement plan. All consultation and engagement activity included must also be input to Pentana, so that it can be effectively measured and monitored.

Please refer to the Consultation & Engagement Strategy 2024 -2017 before committing to any consultation and engagement activity for the coming year. It is essential that the checklist is used to ensure this activity is focused and effective. A proforma available from the Communications & Engagement team should also be completed at least four weeks in advance of any proposed activity.
