Collaborative Contract Opportunities
Collaborative Contracts are developed at a number of levels to provide best value.
These aggregate requirements across a number of organisations to reduce costs through bulk purchase, and identify suppliers who are able to ensure supply, and possibly support, of the particular commodity item through the lifespan of the contract.
Scottish Procurement
Scottish Procurement is the national centre of procurement expertise in Scotland. It develops a number of Contracts and Frameworks at a national level, (Category A ) covering services which are relevant to all types of public sector organisations. Scotland Excel
Scotland Excel is the local government centre for procurement expertise in Scotland. It develops a number of Contracts and Frameworks for use mainly by Local Government in Scotland (Category B). Local Authority Collaborative Contracts
East Dunbartonsahire Council has joined with other councils to negotiate best value contracts for the supply of certain goods and services (Category C1).
