When sending your electronic payslip to your designated personal email account, we need to make sure this does not get blocked by your email account provider.

In some cases, your email account provider screens all incoming correspondence and may delete certain emails without you knowing. Therefore, you will need to ensure iTrent_Live@eastdunbarton.gov.uk is added to your safe senders list. We know that Hotmail has been identified as having these issues, but other providers may do the same.

Adding iTrent to your safe senders list in Outlook (formerly known as Hotmail)

  1. Sign in to your account and navigate to your Outlook inbox
  2. Click the gear icon located at the upper right side of the screen.
