The PDR Framework implements a performance management system that promotes the use of practical and relevance indicators to achieve high potential, ultimately to improve and sustain high performance and identify development needs.

This is based on individual objectives and how these relate to East Dunbartonshire Shared Vision and Values which have been agreed with our Community Planning Partners.

Performance Management is an ongoing process aimed to ensure that the employee has the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to ensure effective performance in their role. This should be a combination of meetings and communication throughout the year which gives a clear indication of the objectives set and progress towards achieving these.
