Application process

Prospective candidates will be required to submit the following:

  • A relevant CV (not a East Dunbartonshire Council application form)
  • A Statement in support of application demonstrating suitability for role they are applying for
  • A written submission to a set question.

Closing Date: 5pm on Friday 15 November 2024

Short-listing process

Short-listing process will be conducted by the relevant Executive Officer.

Candidate submissions will be assessed against:

  • The role profile
  • A competency assessment of the supporting statement
  • Defined criteria to assess the set question response.

Interview process

Competency based interview conducted by the relevant Executive Officer.

Interviews will take place week commencing 25 November 2024

Selection process

Selection decisions will be made based on the assessment of:

  • CV
  • Supporting statement demonstrating suitability for role
  • Written response to set question
  • Performance through interview process.
