The exhibition will be officially opened by Alasdair Banks BA at 2.30pm on Saturday (15 April). As well as a chance to view the exhibits, there will be refreshments and live jazz.

For the past 25 years, Alasdair has been creating large, expressive horse racing paintings for UK and international collectors. He devised the Fine Art Live project which has brought 'live art' to a series of high-profile sports events, from the Cheltenham Gold Cup and Glorious Goodwood to the Festival of Speed and Silverstone Classic.

Milngavie Art Club and the Lillie have always enjoyed a close relationship and we're delighted to be hosting its latest exhibition.
Jim Neill, Chair of East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture (EDLC) Trust
