Football fans and tennis aces are being invited to kick off 2024 in style at the Allander Leisure Centre in Bearsden.
Two indoor football pitches and a tennis court are now available to book at the centre's new Sports Dome, which opened its doors on Monday (8 January).
The facility has been built on the site of the old Allander and is accessed via the new centre.
Work has also been completed on the Allander car park, with more than 250 spaces now available, including bays for people with disabilities. In addition, there's a shelter for cycles and electric vehicle charging spaces will be online soon.
The new Sports Dome – operated by East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture (EDLC) Trust – is the last phase of the Council’s Allander Leisure Centre project.
