People, organisations and businesses are being offered the chance to comment on local policy for gambling applications and activities.

The Gambling Act 2005 requires East Dunbartonshire Licensing Board to prepare a Statement of Licensing Principles that it proposes to apply, which needs to be reviewed every three years.

The Board is consulting with the Gambling Commission, Police Scotland, representatives for businesses and the wider general public to gather views on a revised draft Statement which will be in place from 2025-2028.
