Important announcement

Due to operational issues, regrettably, some of our food waste collections have been suspended. If your food caddy is not collected on its scheduled day, please take your bin in and present it on your next collection day. We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and we’re working hard to remedy the situation.

Due to routine maintenance, our Online Payments facility and our automated TouchTone telephone payment service will not be available between 4.30am and 6.30am on the dates below.

2026 downtime dates

  • 18 October
  • 15 November
  • 20 December
     

Note: On occasions, there will also be a requirement for our suppliers' data centres to perform their own scheduled maintenance. These will take place in the periods above but require an extended maintenance window, and these will run between 00:00hrs and 06:30hrs.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. With the exception of the above dates and times, Online Payments and TouchTone are available 24 hours a day.

If you experience any difficulty making a payment using either of these services at any other time, please email us and provide us with your name, reference number, daytime telephone number and a short description of the problem.
