Details of variation requested
- Change the Designated Premises Manager from Benita Robins to Gary Townsend
- Add off-sales Monday – Saturday 10am to 10pm, Sunday 12midday to 10pm for special events / specific collaborations with distilleries and wine producers. Off sales capacity 1.16m2
- Add seasonal variations - Terminal hour of 2am on 25 December and 1 January
- In section 5(f) of the Operating Plan add the following to other activities:
