Customers can still pay for services and bills online or via our 24-hour Touchtone payment service on 0300 123 4524.

If you are a council tenant, permission is required from the housing department before any new household member moves into your property.

Please complete and submit this form and upon receipt, your housing officer will make contact with you to discuss the application and provide advice in line with procedures. Please note you should not make any arrangements until you receive written consent.
