- Reason for emergency road works: Scottish Water is presently carrying out emergency repairs to a burst water main
- Town: Bearsden
- Road affected: Canniesburn Road at its junction with Annick Drive
- Duration: Thursday 19 February for approximately one week
- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, temporary four way traffic signals are being used to control traffic movements on Canniesburn Road at its junction with Annick Drive and Spey Road. The temporary traffic signals are being manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day.

- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, the existing traffic signals have been switched off and temporary four way traffic signals incorporating pedestrian crossing facilities are being used to control traffic movements on Glasgow Road at its junction with Station Road, Baldernock Road and Strathblane Road, Milngavie. The temporary traffic signals are being manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day

- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, the existing pedestrian crossing has been switched off and temporary two way traffic signals incorporating a pedestrian crossing facility are being used to control traffic movements on Campsie Road at the works location. The temporary traffic signals are being manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day.

- Road affected: Stirling Drive, between its junctions with Devon Gardens and Southesk Avenue
- Duration: from 6am on Tuesday 7 April 2026 until 11.59pm on Sunday 19 April 2026, during the school easter holidays
- Notes: Alternative routes will be by way of Devon Gardens, Muirton Drive, Stirling Drive, Faskally Avenue, Stirling Drive, Southesk Avenue, and Broadleys Avenue, Bishopbriggs, and these routes will be sign posted. Access to the closed section of road will only be maintained for vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so during the works. Their will be no access through the closed section of road for emergency service vehicles.
- Reason for closure: Contractor carrying out various groundworks including the formation of a new access. These works are associated with the new Cala Housing Development presently under construction. There are also repairs being carried out on the existing former railway bridge on Chryston Road, due to corrosion discovered during the site investigation
- Road affected: Chryston Road, Fauldhead, at a location to the east of its junction with Market Road, Kirkintilloch

- Notes: In oder to prevent danger to the public arising from damage to the structural integrity of the bridge over the former railway bridge and for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, East Dunbartonshire Council will require to extend the existing temporary road closure on Chryston Road Fauldhead, between its junctions with Market Road, Kirkintilloch, and Sauchenhall Road/Muckcroft Road from 6pm on Sunday 22 September 2024 until 6pm on Friday 31 March 2025

- Notes: On Tuesday, 29 July 2025 the East Dunbartonshire Council made a Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle, with the exception of school buses, to wait or load or unload in the length of road specified in the Schedule by reason of the likelihood of danger to the public, as school buses will be dropping off school pupils due to the temporary decant of pupils from Milngavie Primary School to Torrance Primary School.
