Emergency road works
- Reason for emergency works: Urgent Scottish Water Sewer Repairs

- Road affected: A803 Kirkintilloch Road between the bridge at the Clyde and Forth canal and a point west of its junction with Adamslie Crescent

- Road affected: Drumlin Drive between its junction with Breadie Drive and its junction with the access road between numbers 64 to 108 Drumlin Drive, Milngavie.

Scheduled road closures

- Road affected: Linn Road between its junction with A81 Strathblane Rd and its junction with Tower Road.
- Duration: 9.30 am until 3.30pm on Thursday 30 January 2025.

- Road affected: Campsie Drive from its junction with Stockiemuir Avenue southwards to its junction with Bailie Drive

- Reason for closure: Council Roads Service is to carry out carriageway resurfacing works
- Town: Bearsden
- Roads affected Second Avenue between its junction with Killermont Road
- Duration: 6am on Sunday 19 January until 6pm on Sunday 26 January 2025
- Notes: Access to the closed section of road will only be maintained for emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so during the works.

- Reason for closure: Contractor carrying out various groundworks including the formation of a new access. These works are associated with the new Cala Housing Development presently under construction. There are also repairs being carried out on the existing former railway bridge on Chryston Road, due to corrosion discovered during the site investigation
- Road affected: Chryston Road, Fauldhead, at a location to the east of its junction with Market Road, Kirkintilloch
- Duration: Sunday 22 September 2024 until 6pm on Friday 31 March 2025
- Notes: In order to prevent danger to the public arising from damage to the structural integrity of the bridge over the former railway bridge and for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, East Dunbartonshire Council will require to extend the existing temporary road closure on Chryston Road Fauldhead, between its junctions with Market Road, Kirkintilloch, and Sauchenhall Road/Muckcroft Road from 6pm on Sunday 22 September 2024 until 6pm on Friday 31 March 2025
Alternative routes are be by of Sauchenhall Road, Gartshore Road, Mollins Road, the B8048 Waterside Road, Market Road, Kirkintilloch, Calfmuir Road, and Muckcroft Road, and these routes are presently being sign posted

- Road affected: Braehead Avenue at its junction with South Mains Road and Campbell Avenue
- Duration:9.30am on Monday 10 February until 6pm on Friday 14 February 2025

- Reason for closure: Scottish Water repairs to damaged ironwork.

- Road affected: Dumgoyne Avenue, Milngavie between its junction with B8050 Craigdhu, and its junction with Oakburn Avenue.

- Duration: 6.00am from Sunday 16 February till 6.00pm Sunday 23 February 2025
- Notes: Access to the closed section of road will only be maintained for emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so during the works.

Scheduled temporary traffic management
- Reason for temporary traffic management: SGN is to carry out gas main replacement works
- Town: Bearsden
- Road affected: Canniesburn Road, Bearsden, between its junction with the A809 Drymen Road and a point north of its junction with Tweed Drive
- Duration: 9.30am on Monday 6 January 2025 for approximately three months
- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, rolling temporary three and four way traffic signals incorporating pedestrian crossing facilities as required will be used to control traffic movements. The temporary traffic signals will be manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day.
- Reason for temporary traffic management: Virgin Media is to clear silt from a road chamber
- Town: Bishopbriggs
- Road affected:B819 Crosshill Road near B & Q
- Duration: 9.30am until 3pm on Saturday 8 February 2025
- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, temporary two way traffic signals will be used to control traffic movements. The temporary traffic signals will be manually controlled at all times.
- Reason for temporary traffic management: Council Transportation is to carry out various works associated with the active travel corridor.
- Town: Milngavie
- Road affected: A807 Auchenhowie Road, between a point east of its junction with Finlay Rise and Alllander Toll Roundabout.
- Duration: 9.30am on Monday 4 November till 4 April 2025
- Notes: This work is associated with the A807 Active Travel Corridor project.
The works area will be from east of the Rangers FC training ground to the Allander Toll roundabout. The works programme has been broken down into six phases, with each phase approximately 250m in length. In the interests of contractor and public health and safety, temporary traffic lights will be in place to manage the flow of traffic past each phase of work.
In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, rolling temporary two, three and four way traffic signals will be used to control traffic movements on Auchenhowie Road between a point east of its junction with Finlay Rise and Allander Toll Roundabout. The temporary traffic signals will be manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day.

- Road affected: Douglas Street at its junction with Park Road, Craigdhu Road and Clober Road
- Duration: 9.30am on Saturday 15 February 2025 for approximately five days, during the school holidays.
- Notes: In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, the existing temporary traffic signals will require to be switched off and temporary four way traffic signals incorporating pedestrian crossing facilities will be used to control traffic movements. The temporary traffic signals will be manually controlled between 7am and 7pm, each day.
- Reason for temporary traffic management: Council Roads Service is to carry out civil works associated with the installation of new traffic signals
- Town: Milton of Campsie
- Road affected: A891 Campsie Road/Antermony Road at its junction with the B757 Birdston Road
- Duration: 9.30am on Monday 3 February 2025 for approximately four/five weeks
- Notes:In order for the works to be carried out in a safe manner, the existing pedestrian crossing facility will require to be switched off and temporary three way traffic signals incorporating a pedestrian crossing facility will be used to control traffic movements.
