    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared out with the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to advise Elected Members of the imminent demolition of the former Auchinairn Primary School buildings at Beech Road, Auchinairn
  • The Principal Contractor, Dem-Master, will commence internal downtakings on Monday, 10th November with the demolition itself starting 24th November and lasting for a period of approximately 14 weeks.  Works will be undertaken with a demolition excavator and with dust suppression measures used where required
  • Local residents will be notified of these works by a newsletter issued by mail drop on Monday, 10th November 2025.
