As part of our wider digital transformation programme, we are now working hard to achieve Phase 2 of Oracle Fusion.

This will result in the Council replacing its current HR & Payroll system. Replacing iTrent with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) will benefit all of the workforce as it’s more user friendly, more efficient and easier to access at work or at home.

Access to the new system will be rolled out in phases, and regular communication will be shared to confirm when each group will gain access.
