‘Your Voice Matters’ Employee Survey 2024 – One Week to Complete
There is only one week left to complete this year’s employee survey so if you haven’t responded yet, please take the time to do it before it’s too late.
The survey, which closes on Friday 13 December at 5pm, asks questions on Leadership, Communication, Management, Teamwork and Wellbeing.
It is anonymous, only takes a few minutes to complete and results will inform our Workforce Action Plans for the year ahead.
All employees will be able to read the findings on the Employee Zone in the new year. An Employee News to make sure everyone knows when this is live will be circulated.
To ensure our Workforce Action Plans are effective and meaningful, it’s vital that we have your views so please do take the time this week to complete the survey.
