The A803 Corridor Improvements Project has been deferred from the City Deal Programme, although the Council are committed to developing the Project further through other potential funding streams, to be identified. Further detail can be viewed on the A803 Corridor Improvements web page.

In September 2024 the Council approved the submission of the Place and Growth Programme Outline Business Case (OBC) to the Glasgow City Region (GCR) Cabinet.  Subsequently the OBC was approved by GCR Cabinet on 05 November 2024.  The approval allows the Council to proceed with the next stages of design for both the WDR and BTC Civic Space plans.

The Executive Summary of the OBC can be found in the document downloads section of this page.
